almost every part yes but strangley enough the feathering shaft is different!! dont try and fit a twister shaft it has small threaded ends and nuts and is a right PITA to fit.

I'd agree, Its a real fiddle and in all honestly a rubbish design. It will fit the blade though and with some availability issues for the blade it could be a short term fix to get you flying again. I'll be swapping mine for the blade design as soon the stores have them and I crash it again!!!!!

Might want to try Hobby Hanger in Yeovil. I was there a week or so ago and they pretty much had everything for the blade in stock.. As for the servo's the 65's which i have fitted to mine are great. Not yet put it back in the deck to find out how strong they are....!! No doubt i will in good time though!!

BTW, are you using training gear? Might be worth getting some whilst your learning

YAAAAAA-HOOOOO. just put my heli away after my first proper hover outside, will admit there isn't a breath of wind, but my god do i feel good now. Thanks to everyone for there advice on bit's i eventually got them from hobby hangar, and they were on the ball with delivery, thanks to them for all there help.

I just bought a Blade 400 today. Having previously flown just a toy Twister CP I have just got in from the back garden after the first hover. Mixed feelings really, any advice very welcome.
Firstly, the hover was very stable compared with my twister. But it felt if anything a bit sloppy, with big stick movements. The battery didn't last long at all and wonder if this will improve after a few charges....hope so. But the most worrying bit was the way the tail wagged about when collective was moved. It seemed much worse than the Twister.

After flying the Blade I had a go with the Twister and felt I had much more control over it. Maybe I just need to get used to it. The Spektrum manual is way over my head at the moment too!

Thanks thats great. I have found a bit on upgrading the tail servo that might help. I think I just need more time with it but after my twister it just felt a bit...well, not very precise. All in me head i bet.
