An excellent and very trusting offer. This is how all suppliers should be.

Even though I am not a Total G owner - I must say a massive big thanks to Curtis for being understanding of the needs of his customers and not just shrug it away, he's been very pro-active to find a suitable solution that suits all.

Sometimes I get the feeling guys that we need to focus on a glass half full and positive views, yes its easy to get caught up in "its my heli", but he's going out of his way to and every effort to put you first.

A big round of applause to Curtis.
      Cheers
      Stuart

When I bought my TotalG I knew it was a new product and unproven. I bought it on the strength of the name behind it. What Curtis is doing regarding the failsafe just proves I've made the right choice.

            Thankyou Curtis.

Hey guys, thanks. We may not always get it right, but we will do what is needed to make it right.

On a different subject, if anyone has downloaded the Firmware update for the Total G from our site, please email me at cy@curtisyoungblood.com before you do an update in the Total G. Basically, do not update the gyro side. The flight control side is fine, but the gyro side was not supposed to have an available program to update, but it did. We pulled the update off the site for tonight and should have the corrected one up tomorrow. Got to love software!

I'm sold, when and where can I buy the new version? Should I buy the current one now and order a replacement ?

thank you Curtis. i am very impressed by the speed and the willingness to resolve a problem that is due to different legislation rather than a faulty product. i have always found that your products do exactly what they say on the box. haven't had any issue as yet.

Brian sent me an email regarding the exchange, but havent heard anything since. Any time frames available yet?

I emailed Brian soon after Curtis made the offer, didn't hear anything for over a week, then got an email, saying that my initial mail had gone awry in their spam filter, no worries I said.

Still nothing, I emailed Brian again for news yesterday afternoon.

Why does it always persist down at weekends ?

                            Same.

I have sent 3 emails on 2 different accounts with no answer at all.
