Spektrum DX7 and Align MR25 not working

I am not surprised that you have stuck with the standard receiver. I have followed your lead and did exactly the same to mine this afternoon. It was refreshingly simple after all the issues with the satellite set up. The weather has been shocking here today (rain and high winds), so I have not tested it yet.

When the new App failed to work yesterday, l contacted the shop I purchased it from and they tried to set their own MR25 up with Spektrum and Dsm2 satellite. They got nowhere. I got the feeling that they were less than impressed having been assured that the issue had been resolved.

I am hoping that by the time I have flown the model a few times all these trials and tribulations will be a distant memory....

Just an update on the Spektrum DX7 and satellite receiver bind issue. After many, many, many attempts and firmware updates, I updated to firmware 1.3 and App 1.3.2 (Apple) and suddenly everything now works fine with a satellite receiver. If anyone with this setup hasn't tried it yet may be worth trying, finally worked for me. Not going to touch it now!
