I would just like to say thank's to Kel for his excellent courier service ive just sent a parcel to Australia,
It got there in 3 days and was fully tracked all the way, I will never use Parcel Farce again

Just wanted to post my gratitude for the superb service from Parcelshipper...

Priced up a few but they were cheapest by far! Only £9 to send a Trex500 sized package.... ordered collection for 3:30pm yesterday (placed order at 12), courier showed up at 3:35pm and package is already out-for-delivery today!
Faultless and superb pricing!!!

Be interesting to see how it pans out when some of the actual delivery companies stop dealing with these middle man services,our company I know is dropping them due to the reduced rates received in favour of direct business.

I actually strayed and started to use parcel2go for 7 of my last deliveries. They are approx £2 each cheaper per parcel, but i have never had so much hassle getting parcels shipped out and delivered in comparison to ParcelShipper (Kel).

The issues have ranged from;
1) Taking longer than quoted to deliver the parcel
2) Losing a parcel!
3) Not collecting a parcel
4) Driver came to pick up the parcel from my work, went to the front desk and picked up the parcel, put it down to do some paperwork and walked off with a different box all together!!
5) Parcel2go stating I can drop my package off at the local Newsagents. Then when getting to the Newsagent being told they only accept Collect+, the nearest place I can drop it off to is 12miles away.

Lesson learnt, stick with Kel!

just wanted to say that the courier service is still alive and going strong although you have 2 options now you can use Cheap UK & Worldwide Parcel Delivery | Parcelshipper or if you prefered the older better service go to www.impactexpress.co.uk click on the IE-DIRECT tab
you have to set up an account with us (takes a couple of minutes) then you can use our uk and international services ,Also if you pre load your account we give you a 10% bonus on your account ;0)
all labels are sent to your email and collections are booked for the afternoon if you book before 1200 and the following day if booked after or if your desperate email me and i can see what i can do for you ;0)
