Important info about the courier service and what to do if you want to use it

ok been getting loads of what do i have to do PM's so this is a what i need info from you lot

1. full to and from postal addresses and tel numbers for both addresses
2. weight in kilos and diamensions in CM please
3. a day when you would like collection from your home or work but will require a full day as i cant pick and choose when the courier will be able to come and collect .
4. 24 hrs notice as some areas require that i book early in the day most are 12-1 pm
5. you need a printer to use this service as i email you the shipping labels
6. your email address
payment can be via credit - debit card but has a surcharge of 2.5%
or via bank transfer with no surcharge

this will vastly speed up the process you can also see post 2 for cost but if you wish to PM thats cool to

A word of warning to anyone using Kel's service. Don't let on there's any lipos in the parcel you're sending, just tell em is metal parts or something if they ask. I made the mistake of not realising and they refused to take the parcel.

I cant recomend Kels service enough, its much cheaper, more convenient & reliable than any of the other options.

just incase anybody is interested im happy to do the same rates for any of your business work if you use couriers remember we are uk and international and can do international collections back to uk and sameday work

I dont want to sound out of turn here but you are treading on dangerous ground if you dont declare the true content. If there was a lipo fire for what ever reason and you had falsified the information I would imagine you would be liable. Maybe Kel can calify this?? His service is excellent and I would hate to see anything jeopordise it. Whats your thoughts Kelly??

While this is absolutely true for international bound shipments it's not as important for domestic material as you do not have to list the commodity on the shipping docket however there are certain rules and the batts for instance can be shipped uk-uk and international but they can be sent only with the item they are designed to power and in certain quantities (I thought uk to uk would be ok on them selves but apparently not sorry pete lesson learned only been doing this 15 years ;( ) so yes there are limitations but tbh the DFT change regs quite often and it's sometimes not until we
Try to send something we find we cannot.

I just wanted to add a note of thanks to this post. I used Millerman's RCHA parcel service recently and it is superb

The whole process from PM to payment is a doddle and Kelly was able to collect and deliver my item within two working days of it becoming available
