there email address is sales@horizonhobby.co.uk but to be honest you dont really have to contact them before sending anything. I have sent things a couple of times and have phoned before I sent both times, they will not give you a reference number or anything they just tell you to write a note stating what you want done

when I had the quick connect firmware update I also asked them to upgrade the antennas on my original rx,this was also done FOC, very impressive service from Horizon!
