I've used DX6 But as I've always been a JR the DX7 takes its place, setup on the DX7 is based on JR, user end of both TX's are much the same.Today's outlook is fine for flying.- Spektrum DX18 gen2, Phoenix Sims, Align MR25XP.

Both DX7 and DX7SE are much better than DX6 (CPU, display, case,,,). But I like the Scroll Bar one hand programming so I have got DSX9 in 2007.Originally posted by stevo View Postafter a great success with my new trex 500 esp i have decided to treat myself to a new transmitter but i am not sure what to get, i have a dx6i at the moment and have 3 models, i have been looking at a dx7se but is this the best for the money, i have the reviews from our supplies but i would like the opinion of you guys, thanks stevo

I've been flying with a 9XII for a couple of years now and the first thing I do when setting up a new model is to disable the trim switches (?) using the devices menu.Originally posted by jimheli View Postyep i got pcm dx9 the only thing i don't like is the two trim like switches at the top left and right sides i found i always moved them when holding the tx , dont no if the new 2.4 is the same great set though good screen to & the scroll wheel like that toSteve H
