Hey guys,
The DX7 is a great radio, but as you know it rains a lot here in the UK... When I put down the TX on the grass to plug the lipos in etc it gets pretty wet, now I can try to wipe it off but it never comes completely off.
It feels slippery a little in flight, I use a neckstrap+Gforce balancer and the pinch method it doesn't effect my flying I just don't like the feel of it much.
Even when it isn't wet it's still not perfect.
I was thinking of perhaps making a longer stand for the DX7 to keep it out of the wet grass or some kind of grip spray on the back side?
I remember on my last cheap RTF TX I just got a knife and cut up lots of cross grooves, this is one thing I will NOT be doing on my DX7 lol! Although it did help slightly with that TX.
Sandpaper is really grippy, so I was wondering if there was some kind of solution or spray that gives the same effect.
Any thoughts on this?
Thanks.
