Makes sense to try the replacement 620 - as you say it could have been a 1 off, lots of people are using Align / Savox servos without issue

Update:
My replacement servo arrived this morning from Pegasus Models! So they honoured my warranty claim and got me a replacement in good time for the weekend's flying!
Nice one Pegasus! Hope this one don't give up the ghost on me.

Weather doesnt look bad on Sunday (saturday is v. windy), Metcheck shows 10mph winds dropping as the day goes on and sun sun sun
