TAROT ZYX 3 axis help

well she's back, just a few little tweeks and she should be uo in the air, lol its rainig of course,typical British weather. Just a quick one, ive forgot what to set the gyro gain too?? i've spooled her up to track the blades and she seems to want to spin like a top. Cant for the life of me remember how to do it. Thnks for all the help. pj
