  • Xnova 4530 8d replacement shaft for logo 700

Hi guys really need some help here. I'm have an xnova motor 4530 8d 500kv motor. It's was used in my logo 700xx. I have now sold my xtreme and about to purchase the new plastic logo 700 and believe I need to replace the motor shaft to a 6mm one.

Now i can see from the xnova website they do 2 shafts that are 6mm. I am not to sure of which one i would need. The (a) or the (e) which is longer.

Any help would be great. Wouldn't want to sell the motor as i really think it's great.

I have a Logo 700 and also am considering using an Xnova 4530 in it which is currently in my Protos.

I believe its Shaft E i would need at 50mm long 6mm dia.

The manual says it needs a 55mm shaft, the Scorpion 4525 currently in the heli has this shaft and it does slightly protrude from the lower bearing support so i assume a 50mm will as near as dammit be OK it certainly gets into the support brg to some degree.

So i am also interested in any info here.

Hi Chris, the images don't seem to show on my phone. It as tho the (e) shaft would be the only option. I guess I'll have to order it and get it fitted. Let's hope for the best.

Even if it slightly sits into the bearing block it should be okay.
