Quick reply, UK testing well past 100 cycles US testing well north of 150 cycles, in USA we got to 150 cycles in 4 months!! For sport use 200 to 300 cycles should be possible but this does depend on how the cell is charged and managed as poor cell managemt will reduce cycle life possibly significantly, using a cheapo charger will also reduce cycle life significantly. Hard full on 3D flying does stress the cells much more here 100+ cycles should be achieved.
Pretty sure I have put some data on the website about cycle life. If not I will do so.
I've just taken delivery of some Opti-Power packs last week for my 700E, I will be soldering connectors on tomorrow for a play in the next coupl of days. I am excited as they feel a similar weight to my former Align 4600's, but with that little extra capacity.

For me I'm just after consistent power, I bought 4 turnigys 2650mah 40c before Christmas or my 6hv, after 4:30 2 of them now have crazy power and come down warm with 20% left. The other two, the power is alot less and come down around 30% left and at ambient temperature.
On consistent power I will say my optipower 6s 2700 starts off strong but drops off drastic after a couple of minutes, all my Turnigy lipos although maybe less strong at start of flight are very consistent thru out but end the flight about the same as the Opti so I think the Turnigys start the flight where the Opti settles to a couple of minutes in.
Its easy to hit 100 cycles on any li-po, its how its used not what brand that matters.
And when it is used in a paticular manner the 'Brand' does need to be up to the job. Some brands may or may not hold full power through 80% of it's capacity, some brands don't like & at times blatantly refuse to hit 80% (this is my only gripe with Tunigy 25C 5000mah lipo's)
