Hi, Has anyone recently order lipo pack from Flightpower ( link on the side of the forum page)?
I ordered a 2200 11v battery in mid November and since then I have not received a confimation of the order.
I email and rang the company but no answer???
any similar experience?

I ordered last week and the order is progressing normally with update emails at the usual stages.

If you look at your order details online has there been any update since the order was placed?

Check that you are going to 'www.flightpower.eu' the .co.uk address should forward correctly but just in case ...

Just to complete my order feedback, packs arrived today.

So in short, ordered on the 1st, delivered on the 13th, no problems encountered.

Yes folks, it's that time again for another of those good old "My Flightpowers haven't arrived and nobody has replied to my email" threads. Seems that these threads appear on a reasonably frequent basis. I'm sure they'll probably turn up at some stage but as to when? That's anybody's guess.

Flightpower is just a joke i recently send them an email about 2-3 weeks ago regarding one of my battery negative wire came off,looks like a dry solder and the other 4 was puff real bad within like 2 months and i know that i have been treating them good, and to this date i havent recieve no reply email from them, so much for warranty!

You can do something about that. You can take them to the small claims court for a refund as the goods were not fit for purpose. If someone sells a product it should work for a reasonable time for the product. A wire coming off is a definite refund. Lipos should last for a year if treated properly. The guarantee that is given for 12 months is in addition to your statutary rights under the sale of goods act.

My first battery was a problem but the next two came in 2 weeks from order date... arrived last week...

Slowly changing all my packs to optipower, some of the worst custumer service i have ever seen, i WOULD NEVER deal with them again.

finally the reply to my email and they said that my order went lost during the switchover from .co.uk to the .eu site.
on the account page now the order shows to be precessing.....I payed on the 17th of Nov, Will I get the order before Xmas? probably not.
Lesson learnt, I ll buy from uk shops next time.
