Parallel Charging on a CellPro 10S ?

Is this up to the job of parallel charging multiple 6s 3000 Lipos ?

Yup. That will do it...

Charges packs from 2S-6S at up to 30A continuous

You will still need to use a CellPro 6S board in the middle as you can't connect that Parallel board direct to the 10S, but hopefully you already knew that

Edit: Also under the heading of 'you probably already know this'

That charger is only really going to handle 3 of those packs at 1C and then only if you are feeding it with the maximum voltage it can handle (16V)

It is not the greatest solution for charging multiple packs.
