I will put a vote in here for Skyline.
I have always had fantastic service from them.

    As an example

I ordered some bits from them after speaking to Bob last night at 5:00PM
They arrived on my desk at work 11:30 today. :)

If you need bits in a hurry, it is always worth phoning any supplier rather than just assuming that because it is listed on their site, its in stock.
Did you not read what I posted?

Mine flew well, much quieter than Trex V2 but parts are a complete pain, no availability, many can't be got without buying much more expensive bits, sell it before you get really mad
I really like the Dragonus, flys superbly but i agree the parts are a pain. I now get them from abroad and they are really cheap, its just the 4-5 day wait i don't care for.

That said our local model shop is supposed to stock the align parts but they never seem to have them in stock and the lads normally have to wait at least a week!
In your original post you never mentioned the Dragonus..:p
If you look just below the main forum banner it tells you what part of the forum this post is posted too in, in this case it's in RCER Dragonus Range so I took a wild guess as to what heli he was wanting parts for :D
UV models of Bridgewater stock a few Drago parts if you want I'll dig out there phone number but they do from time to time sell on ebay.
Parts availability was the main reason for selling my dragonus pro ll I didnt even fly it before I got rid.
Only bought it because Ash said it was the best micro to have, then changed his mind a week later when the 450 se v2 came out DOH.
I wont be buying on a recomendation from Ash again :D
By the way that was a joke so no offence meant Ash ;)

LMAO, it is funny when people think that helps!!!!:)

Battery was getting low and could not pump it up out of trouble.

The piro rate was incredible to watch, dont think the camera could keep up!

Only damage was feathering shaft, lost ccpm rod, jesus bolt, night blades and the bloody ball links betweeen swash and washout.:(

Just got a pm from an RCER peep from another forum - Midland Heli might soon be the new Dragonus Distibutor for the UK.

                        I doubt it.
It might be a nice flying heli but it's well & truely missed the boat in the micro world. Once a heli has a bad name for spares availability it's a long hard road back.

FWIW .. I've been to Midland, Skyline, Fast Lad, Real Raptors Sussexmodels west london models heliguy (and a load overseas eg .. helidirect )

IMO They're all okay ish .. (any port in a crash .. )

IMO Midland are okay but nowhere near price competitive for what I've bought .. and I bought a motor from them that went kaput within 3 days when the previous one had lasted over a year .. to be fair when they did reply to my email (thats a con for them .. their email response is a bit slow .. over a day is slow for me .. ) they said to send it back but I couldnt be arsed for the money ..

Fast Lad .. seem okay .. certainly fast .. I ordered yesterday & it turned up today .. the only supplier that did from the things I all ordered yesterday .. BUT they cocked up the order .. not a big thing , but well it happened ..

Realraptors .. I agree, Andy is a top notch bloke in the dealings I've had with him .. but again not as competitive as he could be, and recently he got an order wrong (as it turned out no biggies but inconvenient .. ) he's probably a joint 1st for me

West london Models .. only bought lipos from there but they were right for the price .. they got the order right & they turned up ok ...

Skyline .. Can't fault them really. One order didnt turn up for whatever reason during the post strike .. I got on the blower thoroughly hacked off & Nick there sorted stuff out without a 2nd thought .. I was stressed & he stood behind his service when it didnt go right (as did Andy at RR ... ) which lets face it is what you really want rather than all the aggy emails and its the customers posts dogs fault ...

                          Joint 1st with RR

Also of note Steve Webb models (good guys ... ) and Als hobbies in North London ... A fair bit further than my LHS which is 308 hobbies on Holloway Rd (avoid like the plague .. I'd rather sell my kids than spend another sous in that place .. )

Also big up to Dimension (makers of the park bec) I had a problem when ordering direct from them, and altho I'm not especially fond of Americans the service I got from them when I had a problem made me want to hire the person I dealt with ..

Ohh ... And get a Mini Titan when you sell that Dragonus .. I'm loving mine
They might do but I wouldn't call them a good supplier. I've ordered off them a half dozen times and apart from once every single time they had to wait for parts to come in.
Wonder if they know it's illegal to advertise for sale, goods you don't actually have ?
 I sometimes have a nagging suspiscion that they intentional advertise for sale things they haven't got in the hope we'll put up with the wait.
Sorry but I don't think that's correct, otherwise every catalogue (GUS,Littlewoods etc.) would be getting screwed, as I know for a fact that a lot of their PC's are not in stock, we supply to them and we build to order when they place the order. A lot of companies do that, it would be hard in some cases not to, stock does run out, and you can't change your website every time that happens, you'd be adding too much to your overheads.

                              skyline

Since I have been flying my 90se I have used skyline and they have never not had a part i needed. I have smashed up three time and each time it cost me over £150 to repair and one tome it was £375 all the parts were well packed and the right ones.
