Align 325mm blade problems

Well I am a fan of the Align 325 Pro blades but this week have found that I have a pair that will not track choose how I adjust linkages.

Fitted another pair and in 5 minutes the heli was setup perfect.

The moral of this story is that some arnt perfect.

I found that rounding the sharp edges of the metal bade holders cured the problem, especially at the edges where the blades plug in. Without blending the blades would go stiff in the lead/lag mode. If I fitted the Rotor Spacers PV0829 (for the thinner blades) they had the same effect of going stiff in the lead/lag mode. I fitted spacer washers instead of the PV0829's and it flies a treat again no matter how hard I hammer it.

Why does the Mini Titan use similar part numbers to it's big brother the Raptor Titan - I guess it must also be a Raptor!!
