            The only other thing that is different on mine too all the others I have seen is I am using normal servo horns the balls are a little further out than the TT ones that come with the kit...I wonder if this could be adding more leverage too the mount enough too snap them...the reason I have these horns is when I built the model the JR fitting were not available.....

              A possibility anything away from a std stock setup would be outside the manufactures parameters - I would be surprised if this was it but again the extra loading may be just enough. At the end of the day you can only remove each element until its spot. Mine is completely stock on the servo mounting I have done a minor mod on the washout arms to reduce some movement using a smaller inner bearing and some washers from synergy and my tail servo on the nitro is rear boom mounted. But other than that I've never suffered touches wood any snapping of the elevator mounting.

                  It has happened again too my G4...this time both mounts broke in flight...amazingly the heli is undamaged...I just cannot fathom out why it keeps happening...could I have the numbers others are using in there V bars cyclic ring...but I just cannot see how the servo would do this each time...they are JRs and the spec says 17kg of torque...i am not a 3D pilot the hardest I push the ele servo is doing a hard stop.from FFF and flip it inverted...anyone got any ideas this is the 4th time now....JWG4eleservomount_zps77acad36.jpg

                          Sorry to see this John , hope the damage wasn't much :-(
                          what mixing have you got on your v bar , 120 , 135 or 140 degrees ccpm ?
                          I can only think this is binding ?!

                          Hope you figure it out , mechanical failure is so annoying

                            In the swash tab, select the doctors hat to create your own swash.

                            For the Angle you want to type these numbers in:

                            CH1 = 270
                            CH2 = 135
                            CH3 = 45
                            CH4 = 0

                            And for the Distance:

                            CH1 = 70
                            CH2 = 99
                            CH3 = 99
                            CH4 = 0

                            Hope this helps

                              Sorry to see the video, but glad you landed without damage. Mine is just on the standard HR-3 Swash in Vbar (not sure if this is correct but it's what I run lol)

                              Servo parameters:
                              ch1 270/100
                              ch2 150/100
                              ch3 30/100
                              ch4 0

                              Geometry correction ON
                              Digital servos
                              85 cyclic ring
                              20 pitch pump

                              96 on pitch
                              98 on cyclic
                              690mm blades

                              cyclic:
                              style 74
                              agility 104
                              108 gain

                              May you please post your vbar file here or your settings?

                              Cheers
