Im after some advice, when I got my Raptor 30 the guy that had been flying it was very much a beginer and he said it scared the living dailights out of him, now Ive tried this chopper I can see why.
Basically the way he has it set up is it revs its nuts off before there is any glimmer of lift which is obviously wrong, Ive changed it a little using the 5 point curve on the throttle in my FF9 and it hovers a little better, what I was wondering is how people have set theirs up, for instance what throttle percentage on each point and how the pitch is set, at the moment this is set in a linear movment (more or less) from -8 up to +9 I think(this is from memory).
I can fly heli's but it has been a long time and things have changed alot, when I was flying them last the mix between throttle and pitch was all done mechanically in the links doing this in the transmitter is all new to me.
thanks for any info
