There's your problem, if it ticks over well, its too lean on the bottom needle, it should be a little chokey on tick over, If the engine is new, you should have the bottom needle running so you just get a small amount of fine unburnt fuel spray at tick over.

Thats what I was told by somebody I trust very much.

Jamez..............Did not know that ................it is defo to lean then ...........it ticks over better than my 08 plate mondeo !!
