It has FUTABA 148 Servos & SL310 GYRO ( cheap and more cheap) plus ...........DX6i Radio

I have just reset the gyro and altered the setup of the tail as per raptortech .........

Going to give it a whirl ..

I agree, and could tell it wasnt a digital tail and cheap gyro just by looking at the flight and is why i asked. You must get a 401/9254 on it minimum mate and you'll have much better success. Otherwise you just gonna be battling with the tail all the time which wont do anything for your flying at all.

Yeah ..................I did the "pinching the pipe" test shortly after that flight and richened her up somewhat .............She runs extremly hot though but I can't cool her without loss of power

Yip the 9254 is a Futaba servo mate. You can pick a GY401 up on here for 50 - 60 quid posted, well worth the pennies mate. Your heli will fly much better then you can get down to learning with it. Will help ya much quicker

tuning a nitro engine is always a compromise, no doubt it makes lots of powernow, but in the interests of longevity richen her up a bit, what fuel are you running??? if its cheap model technics shite you may as well just bin the engine now!!!!! I had a mds 36 running very well on coolpower 15% that had loads of smoke and lasted about 20 gallons before he bearings went!! and mds engines are really shite themselves!!

Oh and if you want a 401 pm me ive got one here you can buy!!
