Had my first very gentle test flights today and must say it feels smooth and quick.
I was running very rich as just fitted a new rear bearing to the 55 and wanted to make sure nothing was going to stop or fall off.
Nearly ran out of fuel on the second flight I was enjoying it and forgot to
check the tank, luckiley I had someone with me who noticed the tank was very low
Think I will fit a header tank for my own saftey
I'm use to flying with one and as I don't have a fuel magnet fitted I will feel
happier flying inverted etc.
It will spoil the looks, but hey, rather that than a boken heli.
couple of things did happened,,
Lost a canopey screw
and second flight the auto rotation one way bearing locked,, humm,,
have to strip it down now to clean, oil, and check diam etc which I'm not looking forward to because of the bl**dy silly and fiddly top main shaft collar
thats what I think of that,,
Anyway,, in all had good flights and will dial it up a bit more for my next flights
