Excellent News!!!!! Your going to get on great with the N5! Mine is probably my favourite machine at the moment and im actually enjoying my flying again thanks to the N5!

Just follow the build tips from Matt Botos's website and from the hints and tips thread in the N5 section on here and you should be golden.

My personal tips are to change the tail slider locking ring for a better quality one, check out my tip in the hints and tips thread regarding this. The other thing I did was to add bolts to the boom supports, these are M3x10 button head bolts. Other than that it is a simple build and and absolutely awesome machine.

              Build it and enjoy it!
              Thanks!

Thats the next few nights taken up then.

It's a build with little drama, so hope you enjoy it.

oh, and don't forget the build thread. Here is mine if it's any help

Mark, if you want a star washer for the tail, PM me as I have some spare, will post one out to you.

There is a very good build thread on HF with loads of pics and tips. (like dremmeling a small hole out of the plastic between the second and third servos, so the lead can fit between them to tidy the wiring install)

Enjoy your build, mine is almost complete now, but really lacking in time to maiden her due to very busy time at work.

                        Well the build has started...

Tail/Boom together, Swash is checked all good with thread lock now, had to rebuild the tank with a mod otherwise the hole is bigger than expected and apparently leaks but now it shouldn't.

under carriage done as well, its strange one to do but its done.

main frames had a quick sand down down almost main frame building time...

servo tray abused ready for the servo lead

oh and tanks to Alec (Dumb thumb it) for the lift to fast lads saturday (he was going to get his new toy though) saved me going to Midlands, which is closer not a lot in it but i'd need a sat nav to find fast lads loads of rounder abouts...

Mildands when the A46 is duelled should be quicker and faster to get to though!

Fast Lads shop is heaven and hell in one go.. you could come out broke if you weren't careful! Bloody good self control is needed
