I've had the N5 for a month now, but in that time I've only been able to put 24 tanks through it, mainly due to the weather or other commitments.
My main problem has been the engine. The OS55 has been difficult to get on song, but now it is, it's pretty awesome. In todays very strong winds (20mph ish i rekon), it was tracking straight as an arrow, wasn't betting deviated at all, and really felt like a big machine. I've got the cyclics and tail exactly how I wanted them now, and finally, it fits in to my very small fleet perfectly.
Truth be told, I was worried wether I would actually want to keep this long term; not because I don't/didn't like it, but because I've only flown a 90 for the past year almost, and 50's just don't have the same feel to them. Finally today it clicked. It is flying so well, and I really did enjoy flying it today, so much so that I put 4 tanks through it this morning, and only 1 through the N9! This machine is a keeper, which is the first 50 size I've truly enjoyed flying since the knight 3D, so I'm very happy. Much lower running costs than the N9, lower crash costs, and perhaps a little less intimidating (although I don't get all that bothered by flying the N9 in that way anyway), all means I cannot wait for some decent weather to have a real decent fly of it and get a video shot
How are the other owners on here finding theirs now?
