    Tom

I should shortly have a N5 along with the Fury 55 that your welcome to fly back to back anytime as a comparison. And I know you've already flown a 600 to death and had a few tanks thorugh a Vibe 50

So will be interested to know your opinion

Personaly I really really like my Fury 55 and I sincerely hope the N5 is comparable. I'm expecting great things

Incidentally with all these heli's my skills in no way match their capabilities, I'm just a heli whore

      • One point to remember when comparing to the vibe and also the fury iirc, is that they have plastic grips etc, whereas the n5 is all cnc machined, so consider that when comparing a £500 vibe to the £449 N5

hopefully everyone who has preordered one will have it within a few days and everyone can form their own opinions

Yeah, but the Fury has metal bearing blocks! Each to their own as to which they deem most important or performance adding.

At the end of the day the Fury, Vibe and N9 are all high end helicopters, in the bigger picture the price differences are marginal. They are all low volume (non mainstream) helicopters which hopefully are a little bit special

In my opinion pointless in speculating which are best, everyone wants different things from their helicopters

          • Despatch of Synergy N5 kits

I am pleased to be able to confirm that the N5 kits will be despatched to dealers today. Whilst I appreciate that there has been a considerable delay from the original anticipated date earlier in the year unfortunately we can only deal with realities. Anyone with half a brain would probably recognise that we would rather have had them sooner than later but we are only one step further up the delivery chain than our dealers and customers.

As some of you may be aware, the original founder of Synergy died earlier this year. Since then an enormous amount of effort has gone in to restructuring the company and bringing the N5 back to life, and we are very proud that the the Synergy legacy will carry on. We hope that the N5 will deliver enormous enjoyment to our customers and look forward to assisting customers in any way we can to get the most out of their N5s. Please refer to Matt's website for technical updates and tips.

The same could not be said last week though

Anyhow, I am sure the N5 will be a great heli, and I look forward to hearing some in the field reports to make an informed decision

Maybe, all the bits are sat on my bench waiting to go in

Looking forward to giving the YS56 a go

Only thing I haven't got, because I'm undecided is the gyro, was thinking SL720 but it would need to hang out on the back of the heli, so now veering towards a GY520
