What set up for your N5

Hi Guys

We understand the frustration more than any of you.. as soon as we can get the kits into dealers we will and its days away..:-) we are very keen to get this model into the shops as its been the culmination of many months of stressfull hard work getting the machine to market. I am sure all that have ordered a kit will be very pleased with this high quality machine.

With regards to the upgrade bearing blocks i have already addressed this in previous pages.. we are looking into this and we for one do not want to see anyone paying anymore than the old price for the kit plus upgrade kit..

Yes the kit has changed because of demand for the upgrade packages which is on a 1 -1 basis so its been changed to include the grips but no blocks, as the block do not add much value to the machine in our opinion it just makes the machine slightly heaver.

Comparing the machine to a JR Vibe! .. put the two machines together on the bench and i can assure you that the N5 is in a different league..

Its only a few days away and i am sure for the perspective owners it will be worth the wait.. lets stop all the moaning and snipping guys we are working as hard as possibly to get the machine out asap and just look forward to the positives of owning a great machine :-)

Just a note though Ade, the US shops are offering the N5 with the upgrade kit FREE!, and this includes the bearing blocks!!...just wondering why the UK doesnt get the same deal?

I had to wait a lot longer for my first batch N9, now that was a long wait although nothing like as long as the people had to wait for their Aurora's

I also feel confident that the N5 1st batch kits will have far less issues than the N9's did. Matt appears to of done a really good development and test job on this heli

A bit more patience, they'll soon be here

Having read the American threads on the N5 I dont thing we will be disapointed when it arrives.

I like most of you have mine on preorder with all the kit sitting on the shelf waiting.

One thing I am confident of is when it finally arrives it will be right from the start. This again from the views of the lucky buggers in the US who have there kits, I believe this is fair assumption. Look back to the release of the N9, yes it was later than hoped, but if my memory serves me correct the only item that had issues were the original ball links, which were changed, and as they are one of the common parts for the two machines won't be an issue now.

I you look at the past six months, it is stuff you could'nt make up, the guy how owns the company gets killed, so that throws a delay in to the system. The money markets are flucuating beyond belief, the dollar has gone from 1.60ish to circa 1.44. A bloody volcano on a bankrupt country, throws world commercial airfreight in to turmoil.

Giving it some considered thought I think Synergy and there distributors have done well, I am still fed up of waiting!!, however bitching about it ain't going to make it happen any quicker. A lesser model, without a commited team wouldnt have made it to market.

This kit release has definately had more than it's fair share of unforeseen circumstances, and it's taken a lot of hard work behind the scenes to keep it all moving forward. The wait is almost over, it will be here literally any day now, so let's keep cool and sit tight just a short while longer!

I simply asked a question in regard to a comment made by Ade. That question still stands.

As someone who has never seen the N5 in person I would like an opinion on why the N5 is a better machine than the Vibe 50? I am considering a top end 50 thats all, not a snipe at anyone

I havn't seen or flown the N5 yet, but I have the Vibe 50.

The Vibe is a very heavy 50, I wouldnt buy one personally. I seems to need a 55/56 engine to make it as quick and responsive as a trex 600. It flies bang on in a straight line, and feels fairly locked it, but very heavy and sluggish for my liking. I would buy a 600nsp any day over a vibe 50 for my flying.

Hopefully i might be able to do a proper comparison soon if the N5's arrive Looking forward to building it.

the problem i see is that the pre order money was taken to quick leading people to think a week or 2 it would here perhaps in future wait till you know they have been sent or when the dist has them and then take orders
