Agreed,, those new style align blades look good!,,found in my spares box some Align 520 3g blades and a set of MS Composit carbon blades 525mm- had them as spares for my recently sold 550E- will spool them up tomorrow and see what works best- next pay day I'll also get some 4000/4400 lipos-did some flights on Sunday with a nanotech 3000mah and apart from the short flight time(3.00 mins )- felt extremely frisky and fast :biggrin:..

525mm are possibly a little too long? On HeliFreak there is talk of Edge 523's being at risk of tail strikes - but then I guess that depends on the tail blades you're running! I've checked on mine, and the 520's don't get anywhere near the tail blades no matter which way you push it..

Must be getting tired,,just checked and the MS blades are actually 550mm-measured from tip to bolt hole,, looks like I have to buy the 570 now to match the blades :rofl:,,

My 570 is almost finished. Just waiting on the BK cyclic servos to be real eased from customs :(Scorpion 4025 550KV, 80HV CC, BK servos all round.

Thats me :) Got the canopy from Fast lads. It came with these horribly painted skids, so i painted them black instead.

I would have also thought 5000's for 6s set up. Thats what I have in my 500 so cant imagine the 570 running smaller packs.
