I've been told by a couple of people here in the UK that the Rave brand is now dead, or soon to be, and that Curtis has moved onto AP work now. This is also backed up by people commenting the same on HF. I noticed Curtis has in his linkedin profile Texas Drone Professionals - Central Texas Drone Services being his latest job. There's been no updates on Facebook or twitter for 9 months, and for probably 2 years since a heli has been mentioned.
Is this really the end of Rave helis?
Having just bought a Rave 450, and owning a Ballistic this has made me think. What to do next.
The 450... Well I've not fallen in love with that, I enjoy flying it, but I've stripped a couple of gears on it and I just don't want to push with it which is why I have a 450 sized heli.
The Ballistic. Well I was thinking of selling that and getting a logo 700 sized. But I think I'll do the opposite on that one and stock up on spares when I see them cheap. The more I fly that one the more I like it, and it looks awesome in the air.
