I'm guessing that the dual tail rotor design has been used for dual redundancy on the machine. One of the most common failures in a Heli is to do with the tail, so it does make good sense on something to important.

looks a little shakey to me. Looking at the onboard camera which looks to be pointing at the belt, it looks to shake about quite a bit.. or maybe it's normal.ANdy - CDMFC

Looking at it, it seems to be designed so that the boom dosnt stick out past the rotors. I'm guessing they needed 2 tails to counteract the torque on the short boom.SWRCH ,
Oh.. And a Helix 700 Gasser, Hv with SK540.....with SAB HPS head.
