Oh really, OK. I see it in Rotorworld I think it was but that was only a pic in a feature about Optipower. Andy dropped off the pages when he popped in.

Just swapped out my dampers and bushes. Gone back to the hard ones again.
Im amazed as the look completely fine, would have thought they would have been wrecked with heavier blades and the high rpm but they appear ok. Anyway white bushes, red dampers then black dampers installed for tomorrow

Here you go, could not keep it out of a vid for any longer.
This was todays 3rd flight and is on Optipower Ultra 7s 5000 50c packs. I was gonna say see who can guess the speed but I say it at the end of the vid lol.
On this flight I hit 198m high and flew 321m away. Pitch can raise by another 1.5 deg and rpm can rise by another 200rpm. It will go faster
Have a look

Yea your not wrong there lol but it has been and still is so much fun and thats the main drive behind this for me. If anything comes of it then it will be a huge bonus but I love this thing and the direction its taken me Im just gonna carry on having loads of fun with it.
Then I want to get another and set it up for fast sports flying. Want being the key word there

Played with a few bits tonight.
I have shortened the link rods that go to the swash so it enables me to get more pitch without any binding issues as the swash is at full height for most of the flight so now I wont bind anywhere. I could get around 18 I reckon now but that will obviously not happen.
I have changed my idle 3 now to be the max rpm I intend to run at. I wont do many practice runs at this high rpm just for the sake of not wanting to be replacing bearings, dampners etc every 5 flights lol.
Lowered the tail gain even more now by around 10 points. Ideally I guess would be rate mode but I'd rather run low gain in HH. Set the capacity limit on the Kosmik to 3.8ah as I'd rather be a little more on the safe side, even though Im finding the capacity limit tends to be approx 100mah on the safe side anyway this way if Im mid run or something I know I got enough left to get it back home without running the pack right down too low. Changed my BEC output to 7.4v to see if that makes any difference what so ever, down from 8v. I doubt it will but I'll check the logs and see if anything has changed. The BEC voltage only ever drops by 0.1v anyway. If its needed then I will go back to 8v. This is mainly for temps, I want to see what sort of temps I get with lowering the voltage.
So thats it for tomorrow, lets hope the rain holds off.

Yep, Spunky went in today.
Going up on a stall turn and as I turned the tail it got to 90degrees and stopped. At this point I shouted out Ive lost control as no matter what I was doing I had no control over the tail. Then it obviously started to fall out of the stall turn (428m away by GPS) and the tail was in the right place so I thought the worse was over so just slowed it down and flew towards home but then when it got near us I tried to turn the tail to land and had no control so flicked out of idle 3 to normal mode and as I done this the tail started spinning out of control so I just hit hold and hopped for the best.
Not gone over it fully yet but the fuse seems to be fine and the problem was this

God only knows how it come out but it has.
I will strip the fuse off and go over everything properly and hopefully get it sorted for AIR, thats my main concern now.
But on a good note I ran my personal best today on the 4th run and was not even pushing at the time as my first flight is always the warm up but it was the first proper flight at 15 deg pitch and I hit 234kmh so I could have so smashed 150mph today I reckon
