IMO, the 500X is way to over priced for what you get. You're better off buying something like a TREX 500 EFL. Or maybe snap up a good second hand deal for a 500.

I've spend sooo much money on my 500 its gotta be worth over £1000 now, but I'm now 100% Happy with it.

But, for now I'd still recommend you buy a 450X, it's a big jump from Nano CPX to 450X, but it'd be worth it. 450 size is plenty enough for now.

I agree with Sam here. Having seen a 500x "in the flesh" as it were, it's no where near as good as the 500EFL Pro, yet pretty much the same price. I also agree that you would do better looking at 450 sized helis for the moment.

Thanks for that! Im just researching at the mo so its well into next year before I but anything like that. It looks like it'll be the 450 x though when I get there. Got some serious flying to do with my new 130-x first. WIll learn on that and phoenix and then slowly advance to the 450-x so no worries all, saftely first! Its safe to come out!
