I totaly forgot about this issue and neglected to check mine. I had seen it mentioned on other forums where with a high head speed some people had seen one of the screws which hold in the seesaw work loose.

I neglected to check mine and suffered a full positive pitch inverted crash last weekend. I was puzzled at the loss of control when I had flipped over, this screw had worked loose and fowled the seesaw mixing arm resulting in loss of control of the pitch.
Quite a big crash resulted, so please check yours to see that it is still screwed in.
