I have an E4 and it is remarkably stable for a 450 and flies very straight, everything fits with no slop
in the linkage and it has a super precise feel to it. If they can do the same for a bigger heli it should
    be awesome.

Andy Hornyak has just done a write up for the FLP team website. I think he likes the machine! I wonder if it will bring him out of his 'flying retirement'! You never know!

              Hi Pete,

              here is the complete setup:

              - 3 x Nexus 616MG Hv ( @6.8V) on swash ( 15kg / 0.07). I could not bog them in flight so far and i just like them. BUt Andy could tell better how they feel becaus i'm a crap 3D flier, i fly more scale / F3C style ( a elegant way to say i fly like pu..y in 3D)
              - 1 x BLS 251 with a stepdown cause i did not have a BLS 256 HV lol
              - Gryphon Quasar HV Bec with output set at 6.8V
              - CC Ice 2 HV 120 A, set RPM, 1800 and 2200 RPM's
              - Outrage 4125-560 kV motor with 13T gear ( because of CC lot of speed lost for using Set RPM, with a Kontronik or YGE you can go with 12T for same headspeed..). Very pleased with the motor performances in fact, even impressed in some ways . 6 mm shaft
              - Radix 600's Sb's but will upgrade to 620's FBL's, i prefer the 600's for my flight style but Andy prefers the FBL stronger blades, guess why..
              - Tail blades Align 95 mm

              +12/-12 ° on head, 14° +/- on autorotation.

Beast X FBL module with Cyclic acceleration and pitch boost enabled

For the video we used my batteries ( Gens Ace 2600's 6S x 2) but it is very light and you feel it much more " present "with 3000 mah's 12S

I just recharged the 2600's and after the 3.30 mn flight of the video i filled them up only 1600 mAh That's not so bad ))

              Best regards,

              Fabien

                  Hi Ben,

this setup because i received the kit with the 3 NExus servos from Hatz for making tests and wanted to give them a try after teh bench tests.
For everything else, it's what i had available at home: my protos 500 lipos ( 2600's), logo 600 blades ( Radix 600's SB) , tail servo of my logo 600 (BLS 251) and a pre production motor from Outrage that was given to me and that i wanted to try after successfull and decent results on the bench. Oh and i pulled out the Beast X and the CC Esc from my Shape 9.0.. And the quasar, because i work for Gryphon, simply
All i can sya is that i was happy with the setup so far )

                  BEst regards,
                  Fabien
