It looks like the avants but I think it's a beam helicopter, but I may be wrong.

          Hi,

this is an helicopter manufactured by Beam in Korea. The name of the model is "Avantgarde" or "E6".

If any of you are interrested in seeing the bird closer, i am actually in UK in Barnsley (at Fast Lad), do not hesitate to come by at their shop tomorrow, i will be there to answer eventual questions regarding the heli, different setups and so on .

          Best regards,

          Fabien

Looks nice,i really liked the Beam 450 size when i had one,no room in my fleet for one of these though i am afraid.

Great that Fastlads are going to be distributing it in the UK,hopefully it will be a success for them.

I'm suprised Evo RC aren't the official distributor for the model considering the work they have done for the 450?

Obviously the name is causing some confusion
It isn't made by Avant, it is made by Beam.

                Cheers,

Some very detailed pics from the freak. Beam AvantGarde building step by step - HeliFreak

I'd rather have a Fusion as it looks better quality and cheaper!

                    Hi,

i did take the pictures while building the Beam to show up how it was done.

Now, some people make comparison with other helicopters but from my humble opinion, it is quite hard to make any statement regarding quality of parts ( especially CNC parts) as long as you do not have them in your hands and that you fit them together with other. Then fly the assembly...

Regarding prices, it's a totally useless matter to discuss : Korea does not have the same labor cost as in China or Vietnam.. It's not possible to drop the price without dropping the quality of the parts, but the necessary has been done so that in Europe the Beam E6 is at almost the same price, VAT included, as in USA or Korea, and it will be the same for spare parts..

Then, the product will talk by itself, like any other product...

I will follow with interrest the feedback of first customers who will effectively build and fly an E6 in the future for sure

                    Best regards,

                    Fabien

It's a real shame that EvoRC have been screwed over, but it's come to be expected from FL

I love the Beam E4 so if that's anything to go by this should be a really good heli. Shame I've not got room for a 600 sized electric but you never know. I'll always have some loyalty towards Beam due to learning to fly with the E4. I'll be really interested to see what the feedback is for this heli as there are so many really good 50 sized electric machines now. Competition can only be a good thing though I guess.

Yes, but its on pics like these when a new model is coming out that our decisions are made, not by who fly's them on YouTube cos if that was how I made my decisions on buying heli's I would be suing people left right and centre as they don't fly like that when I get them so I will look at all the pics I can find with info and pricing etc and go from there.

This was just my humbled opinion on the Beam 600 not that it matters if I wanted to buy one anyway as Im not allowed to buy from FL for having an opinion on a product line they sell!

Good morning. This is a very interesting theory, but Unfortunatly, a wrong one..
Beam did not have any answers to their emails regarding the Beam AvantGarde release / availablitity from some of their regular distributors who had "forget" about beam since already quite a long time. With no interrest shown, and no answers, Beam has contacted new persons, simply.... But sure that since announcement has been made for UK, Beam has more emails....

Regarding he pictures this was just a build log from a modeller point of view ( it happens to me to build and fly stuffs as the simple hobbyist i am also on my spare time), but i can put some links to some nice ones

                              Best regards,
