Just fitted mine to the 550,ran it through vbar SW,zero'd the pitch,cylic slider on 8degree is 80,collective 84 for +|-12.looks good,was gonna try it but its now raining

What servo horns are you using on your 550 to get those values in the Vbar SW? Are you using the short 700 balls on the inner swash as well?

Well i had a nervy first flight,certainly feels better on tick tocs,heli feels more locked in and tracks great into a head wind
