yes, as grumpy said, to me a heli is its air frame too. since it is the same frame, it is the same heli, with the same old problems: improper tail ratio, narrow frames, servos positioned in a way that won´t allow you to use wider motors, cyclic aberrations, lack of a longer boom as an option...

i'm still betting some money they will release a stretched 12s 550l any time in the near future. just as they always do.

I'd have just liked some new tail gears without having to use the old 600e gears, notch frames and mess about to speed the tail up, then I could've got longer flight times dropping the headspeed a bit.

I've had it blowout three times which scared the s**t out of me and my limited skills so I opt to run higher headspeeds so I can be pretty confident nothing funny is going to happen.

Its quick at 2350 though and so fun

Try the stretch, that allows 105mm tails to be used, which cures the blowouts at lower headspeeds, and you can fit a bit bigger main blades too if you like. This is my 623 stretch (Edge 623 mains, Edge 105mm tails)... better than a 'Dominator'?
