yuo got 3 flight modes + thold flight mode.
If yuo actuvate the gyro menu then you get to set the gro gain (on channel 5) to a new or the sdame value for each flight mode. Incidentally you also get a new settign for all the trims for each flight mode too.

Now you can det the gyro to inh. In cwhich case the ch 5 can then be opertated by the "gear" switch.

Now somewhwre in the ecplise 7 ther mist be a thumbwheel or slider that can operate ch7.
alternatively you can use the gyro setting in the menu and set HH for normal, rate for idel up 1 HH for idel up 2 and HH for t hold. Then you have the gear switch avaiable for ch 7 - ans somewhere in the menu maybe you can assign ch7 to the gear switch somehow.
Yuo need to rwad the amnual I think.
On a aerobatic heli the first use the ch7 would be governaor rotor speed, so yuo might search for that in the manual.

    Hope that helps.

soperb pust... well done moyesboy funniest thing ive read for ages and you still managed to explain what to do......your what makes this forum great

Funnyest thing is that tuypinguig was the only word I deliberately did wrong.

t'was a really good hang gliding day today and we went t'pub afterward.
I knew it would be good when Bobj said the weather forcast wasn't worth going to the lakes for a pg comp
(actually it weas a bit windy for the PGs but no probs for us, only 30km/hr at 4500ft)

          cockermouth is nowhere near Yeovil

I've done 100 hours off the hill at Bewaldeth, faces SW.
Fave place in the lakes is Ullock Pike. Beautiful place on the side od skiddaw, but a fierce walk up.
From there you can get onto clough head and helvellyn and fly through to windermere in a westerly wind - but it is more fun the other way from Semawater (yorkshire) in a SE wond coming the other way. Nearly made it to myfolks place at bothel on the road from cockermouth to carlisle from there.
Went over my folks place at about 7000ft once and landed at silloth on the solway coast.
