R clips on the 700

To make them less fiddly and easier to keep hold of in the cold weather, put a small cable tie around the loop of the clip - gives you more to hold onto and less chance of dropping them in the grass and loosing them.

I never use clips on the 700, never had any problems in regular full-length tic-toc sessions or the occasional attempts at crack moves.
Lost my header tank today... one tail support came loose... got other things to worry about
