It started with a thread on suitable servo horns. But then I was told that the DS821 servos which came with it are a total no-no for this size machine (plastic gears primarily). Our esteemed Chairman being an electical whiz and with many years fix-wing and rotary experience tells me that for my style (basically scale) the 821s shoudl be fine. Many recommend the 3050s but that's over £100s worth for three of them (I have one anyway). Alternatively there is the Hitec HS225MG, which is still metal geared, but slightly smaller, and only about £20 each, but will the location holes line up for the 600?

..3152's are plastic geared but work well in a 50 sized machine as cyclic servo's .. At the end of the day these servo's work well from learning upto and including 3D ... Yes they might not be as fast as 610's and not metal geared but for a budget digital servo they do work well
.. Theres others on the market as well so just choose a price you want to stick to and then find the best that the money you have can get
