Don't be daft mate, your not the only one using this combo. Optifuel use it for testing purposes because it's so good. At the end of the day you pay your money and make your choice, based on what you read and hear.

I'll ring you tomoz mate, I was a bit late getting in. It's got to be tuning guys, should get me bits tomorrow so I'll hopefully be right for the weekend

I mean pete a 1/4 on top of what you would useualy run mate
i'm not sugesting sutch a lean setting (Bang!)

Looking at the rear bearing the other day i dont think theres any fuel at all getting in your engine....i wonder...if you dont go upside down,how long does a tank last?

I don't know Nick, every flight at the moment I end up with a sphincter moment so not timing it. Why do you ask

Well,i had a moment when tuning my 55 where i thought i was 1 1/2 turns on both before tuning when i was only 1 turn,so when i leaned it a little,2 clicks on each i flew on an 8 minute timer that normally clears the main tank but when i landed i still had 1/3 of a tank and as i was new to nitro i didnlt realise how lean it was,i wasnt going upside down at the time

All the 600s that run fairly high head speeds in the club were running 8 mins,if your to lean you get 10 lol

To see if infact you have fuel going through
think on a 50 you should get 10-12ish mins depending
how hard you spank it.
My 700n had a play up last year motor cutting in hard climbs-loops
inverted! that one was the tank fuel line gromett not sealing
properly! (top of the seel) ok with full tank heli level, the leak was
so slight. that only when pulling the heli nose up, gas presure was lost
(fuel holding gas presure) lean out pop boll##ks!
have a good eyeball at the tank and gromett, if ever anything other
than fingers have been used to fit this part its proberbly holed!
also have a propper eyeball of where the rubber meets the tank,
if it is not nice and round and flat (holes in tank) get a new one
that is! and gromett. Drove me mad for months

Well, its still in one piece. Had a couple of flights today, left the needles at 1.5 out on both and just flew. Top end actually seems a little lean but the mid is about right I think. No cuts and I flew a lot unloading the engine as this seemed to be where it went wrong. Might take me a few goes to get the top end right but it's looking better. Thank God!!! Seems to be tuning balance.
