mine is the same on its madian flight engine screeming and the blades just about turning
strip it out found very large gap between clutch and bell
fitted new clutch liner from a sceadu i had lying around not flown it yet

Tom, that is way more engine rpm to get clutch engagement then with mine. Are you using the standard Align centrifugal clutch ?

Having blown a clutch up, I opted for the QuickUK, which Has a tiny bit more diameter, and is also thicker arms.

Ive just replaced my clutch in the 600 because one of the rollers fell out of the bearing on the old one! Just used a standard one tho,wish i went for QUK now as its reving its knackers off before the blades even think about moving :-(
Gonna give it a go at the weekend and see what the out come it!
