The frame is pretty uneventful.
Goes together typically Align,very simply.
The 600 has 3 main shaft bearing blocks with the top 2 being in silver and the bottom one being a 2 piece plastic job. Same with the clutch housing and this should be a one piece metal unit IMHO.
The fuel tank unlike the 700 only has 1 hole and this is mounted outside the frames and the tank has a slight angle to it too making it different from the 700 again.
I dont know if this has always been the case with the 600's but it is a very good idea although as you can see in the pics the hole is very close to the rubber protector.
