works well for me. Swash leveler is pants but locks great.
Us it on trex600 beam gaui 200 fes < very handy for setting up pitch

im looking for a quick fix idea so i can get flying tommorrow.on my kasama head i can lock the flybar with an allen key through the block but cant see any way to do this on the align head

You could use a trex blade caddie. It has a hole for a paddle at the correct height for it to be level

yes this works while checking elevator interactions as the flybar is laying along the tail, but not for aileron

it's easier than that guys.
I believe you can use a 5mm or 6mm allen key to lock it in place.
Slide it in where the fly bar cage meets the mast block to lock it in place.

thats it ,couldnt figure out where to put the allen key.thanks martin

finless does show you where he put allan key to lock flybar...can't say which one

hi. i use a simple wooden clothes peg one pushed down each side off head block ,witch acts as a wedge and holds flybar in place.

That's a neat idea! I've been using the allen key and my blue CNC head is getting a little scratched as a result.

oops, same as a previous link, have to say that the swash leveler works a treat for me and my mate.

I use my own designed flybar locking tool (not patented yet!!) - it allows me to change from one heli to another easily. The aluminium piece is araldited to the paper clip and it fits on the flybar paddle and not on the bar. Although it can be easily adapted to fit the bar. Should not take more than 20 min to make it.
