Yes Rotorhead making use of mixes would work fine. Not sure what Tx moyesboy uses though.

The 'A' arm is I assume meant to be centred. If you sit it offset you can see the interactions it's producing.
The easiest way to set it is to look at the two rear swash rods and make sure they are parallel to each other

TBH there is a huge amount of work for little advantage (if any) IMHO and I would leave it stock.

I use my TX to set the climbs straight and remove the interactions at extreme stick positions but otherwise its a pretty standard set up.( I have that option in swash menus in the 12FG)

The biggest single improvement on a 600N is fitting the lower metal washout arms with the bearing Y arms.. it pretty much prevents the washout rotating. The 'A' arm only gives a marginial improvement over the Guide system.

The QUK swash..is better quality and Geometry corrected but TBH there is little in it in flight.

My upper mixing arms are modded with the ball mounted inboard which increases the overall Cyclic/Collective throw. This allows me to reduce the CCPM % in the TX. The reason I have done this is to loose some of the interaction as the servo's needed to rotate a long way adding to the problem at the extremes.

I think unless your into f3C in which case you wouldn't be flying an Align 600? I would just go fly and enjoy it..It's a super, fun, reliable and cheap 3D basher.

The Kasama head flies deadly straight, yet does not have adjustable phasing... figure that one out!!

I've flown it on several blade types and none of them (to the best of my recollection) displayed phasing tendencies.

Blades include: TST V Blades, Torsion Blades, GLX Blades and Align night blades.

      Cheers,

Every one seems to be missing the point here surely??

No amount of adjustment to the anti-rotation guide is gonna change the fact that his washout arms are not parallel to the spindle!!
The only thing that'll affect that is the washout block and pins in the head block..
If every body else's 600 has these arms parallel, why aren't Moyesboy's??
That's the question that needs answering, isn't it?

          Gordon wrote earlier...
I don't, I've made a slight phase adjustment by moving the standard anti- rotation post sideways with a bodge.
Hence, his arms are not parallel... I think

But Rob. Moving the anti-rotation guide (basically turning the outer swash) isn't going to move the washout arms round in relation to the feathering spindle.

                Doh!
Correct, I mis-read that, and then mis-read it again when quoting it!!!

Wrong twice in one post... awesome work fella
