Need some help please. Brother and I bought our Super Pro's from Bob up at Skyline and have been busy building them. We have been taking our time and not rushing, to make sure we do it right. Now my brother has got his main frame and bearing ligned up perfectly, the main shaft fits in perfectly and is so smoooooth. Mine on the other hand is not. I have done everything I can think of to try and get it good, taking it out, turning it around, turning it over and even swapping it over with another one from a freind, but its still not right. Its definately the bottom bearing as when I run the main shaft through the 2 top bearing they are nice and smooth. I have been using a nice flat peice of glass to check the alignment with a good quality square and although I can get it reasonably good, as soon as I tighten the screws up it goes out of alignment. The main shaft definately feels tight and wont just drop down on its own as my brothers does.
Now is this ok to use and just carry on with the build and what are the affects of flying with it like this, will it damage other parts or make the Heli fly badly? Any tips on how I might be able to resolve this.
Look forward to your replies.
