Just looking at your other helis mate... i cant understand why you didnt go with the 3D? Reason im saying that is all your helis are TRex's ??? It is a sweet kit mind. The reason i purchased one of these was because i havent owned an Align helicopter ever. Which super pro have you went for then (the one same as mine or the blue metal one)?

      Cheers

Same as yours Lee, i love my align helis, and did want a knight as something different, but mainly because the super pro only came as a combo and i didn't want that as i already have things to fit in, but now i can get it seperate, that was a done deal.

Just thought you'd be mad to miss out on a 3D really, especially since you already have TRex's.

I knew you would get another T-Rex James!!! They should throw in a T-shirt now you have the whole family!

Any thoughts on the 700? I may be tempted next year when my flying will warrant one!! (optimistic, I know!!)

700 looks nice, but no mind made up on a 90 yet, will wait to next year, my lad if he progresses well will probabaly inherit my current 600.

Maybe i am, but i really like my helis i have at the moment, can't say a bad word about align really, it was not an easy decision to make, problem is everyone has there favorites and at the moment align is mine. I think when my flying comes on more then maybe a knight would be more beneficial but i am not there yet. I was impressed by the knight when ade law let me have a go on his, but i didn't think it flew any better than mine as such, but again i don't think i am good enough to be able to tell.
You can not knock the quality of the Align super pro kit, and i think that is still where other manufacturers are struggling to keep up.

I agree with all you say James, i just thought you might have wanted to get something diffrent especially since you already own a TRex 600. I do love the quality of this Super Pro mind. I suppose its each to there own though really.

I agree with you lee, but i want to pass on my current Trex to my son when my new one is up and running as he will find the bigger heli easier than his current 450 that restricts his training to calm days, so i wanted something i know well as my main heli and could quickly and easily fix, also having only one set of spares for two helis will cut costs as i expect his learning won't always go smoothly.
I think the other main issue for me is convenience, having an align dealer on my doorstep almost, is a major plus with no delays in spares.
I will at sometime try something new, in fact i am looking at a possible purchase some point of a second hand synergy N9 that i know will be sold soon, or even a MA stratus is also coming up for sale. and if i want another 50, the knight will be top of the list again.

Well eventually managed to finish the 600 Super Pro. Had to wait for engine parts coming from Hong Kong. Cant wait to fly it now, just waiting for the weather to settle down a little. Once ya seen one i suppose ya seen them all but anyways heres the finished result:-

                        Cheers
