    Hi Lee
I think you will be suprised how easy the trex falls together, is an excellent kit with great instructions.
The only thing i can think of at the moment is replace the tube going into the tank with slightly better quality tubing, has a tendency to split after a while and the weight drop off.

Got a Revlok 10 here but not sure if im going to use it as it was a bitch to get to work on my knight sport without turning the sensitivity down (which im sure means something is not setup quite right). Could not stop it from revving up and down. Tried changing the throttle geometry as per Ades website but still wouldnt behave itself. Is there any other governors which dont give you as much hassle?

          Cheers

Are you not going to use the Align Gov that comes in the kit?

It looks like Align suggest fitting the senser on the outside of the frames now. I think the fan shroud is cut for outside fitment on the Super Pro

The build should be exactly the same as my build article for the stock 600n.
                        Cheers,

Ya got no chance mate lol... Still aint flew my Knight 3D due to crashing the sport at the park hall fly-in (planned on maidening it then). Knocked my confidence a bit so i didnt want to risk the 3D. I managed to pull a bit back by thrashing the sceadu and titan around the other day though. Will maiden it sometime this week for definate. Been messing with so many helicopters recently that i never had a chance to fly it. Loved the way the sport flew mind, only reason i didnt just go out and buy another kit was because i dont own an Align helicopter so though this is the perfect opportunity to get one. Then when i heard Phil had these it made my mind up. Looking forward to see how it compares to the Compass gear. Mind you i will praise the fact that the Sport airframe was totally unskathed along with skid set etc from the crash. They must be pretty dam strong. If the 600 flies half as good as my sport did then id be well happy.

I really like the align gov on my 600n.
Defo replace the align fuel tube, it splits insdie the tank and out.
I didn't fit the stock dampers, but fitted K&B yellows and they are doing just great.
The stock carbon tail blades are fragile as hell. I'm getting great results with the 600e plastic ones (720/BLS251). The tail gears survive destruction of the tail blades.
Loctite the hell out of the spindle bolts and try to get the oil off them first (BobJ advised this).
I want to get one of those extended lip canopy clips becuase I have girly fingers and its viscious. The stock canopy stays at the back are hard to do without worrying about the nice canopy (but maybe your kit has some other fastening there?).
The tail gears that go are the front ones. Get a pack of three sets for £15. I flew loads, and hit the blades loads before I finally did a set though.

The stock tank is not very big. Strap a header on the side. Double sided tape and a tie wrap works for me.

Give the align 2 in 1 a hard working on the ground before the first flight. Ive got two that are working well but heard a lot of nasty stories. most of them are the earlier design rather than the cased one. Maybe you didn't get that in the kit.
One of my 1900 align lipos isn't looking good suprise suprise.
My next expensive upgrade would probably be a ccpm set of 8717 for my knight, run direct off the lipo, but with the 2in1 still running the rest and the glow start which i'm addicted to
