Hughes (Boing) AH-64A Apache for 250 size

The AH-64 Apache is one of the most famous combat helicopters in the world. My model 1:32 scale flew past with a mechanism by Walkera CB180, converted to 2 x Brushless and boardless (Spectrum). I have rebuilt it with parts of the blade 200SRX and the Walkera 4F 180.
Chassis, gear and four-blade head from the Walkera 4F180, battery, receiver, motors and servos from 200SRX, 2 external controller (30A Dymond and 10A UBEC).

Can anybody explain to me why the tail blades are like that and not at 90 degrees?
That's a big elevator / flying tail at the rear...is that an active flying surface in FFF on the full size heli?

I believe(not certain where I heard it) but the tail is designed like that to reduce noise levels.

AHA! that might be clever - reduces resonances as the blades pass the fin...like having an odd number of spokes on a wheel, or a prime number of blades on a compressor.

The four-blade rotors at the rear, this design has proved useful.
To my knowledge, they are quieter. Mi-28 and the new pattern of the Mi-24 have the same way.
