500 Airwolf build

Not sure where Wisbech is but if its near Runcorn Cheshire and you want to pick it up, I have an Airwolf 500 size fuselage that you can have for free
there are lights and retracts in the fuselage.
There is also a Gaui 425 air frame that you could have as well this has motor and servos and esc but no blades and gyro
They might be worth the fuel costs to you
it was complete and has been flown but i strip it down for some parts i needed from it

Have a 500 Airwolf, not had chance to do a proper flight but what i have done shes flys great, would love to put my 700N in a shell but there not cheap

Nice wolf you need to put some grills into the openings in the wings as you will find lots of insects etc inside, some navi lights would finish her off.
I am waiting for postman to bring my bits untill then my wolf sits on the bench, about another 10 hours work

Nice Looking model What FBL unit are you using I have a 3GX and it does not have a spare channel for the retracts unless you use a separate RX.

I am using the beastx she's very stable just locks in just not had chance to rip her around the sky's yet

I'm not going to be put grills in I'm happy to leave it open for cooling. Any bugs get near her will just be pushed down by rotor wash.

Any updates? I'd love to put a wolf on one of my Rex 450's but no idea where to start shopping for one

Airwolf update, Had a slight setback but back on the build, finished making the ducted fans and will be fitting them today.

Yes you do need a certain amount of air flow otherwise this can happen
