  • Tracking Question

Quick question - when the mixing arms are attached to the blade grips rather than the flybar carrier, which rod do you adjust for blade tracking? A or B or other?

Long rod A for fine and short one B for coarse IIRC...

        Ok, thanks so far.

But when you adjust either of these rods, the mixing arm shifts off it's neutral middle position and then looks out of place.

Im guessing they wont or shouldnt need adjusting enough for that to happen. Especially since the washout mixing arms to flybar cage rods are'nt adjustable by the looks of it.

If you want to keep everything in line you'll have to adjust both, longer or shorter.

As Droid said.. adjust both longer or shorter to keep the arm level but to change the pitch..

              Cheers

That's kinda what I was thinking. Doesn't the N9 have a similar setup?

Fortunately tho, maiden flight this afternoon and the tracking was puuuuuurfect, so no adjustments required.
