You are at an extreme end of the spectrum in terms of viewpoints on this model - most people understand that it is a great fun heli and get a lot of enjoyment out of it, but you seem intent on trying to spoil that for them.
That's quite sad.
Obviously you had a bad experience with yours - but that doesn't mean everyone has had your experience. Obviously many have not, as the few that dare to speak up against you on this issue will attest to. Lots of people get so much out of this model, it's a shame to see such bile spewed out about it for lots of people to stumble on when searching the internet.

I'm honest, Sorry bout that folks, if I thinks something's rubbish I say so, likewise if I think something's good I point it out.

I don't keep my mouth shut or express false opinions just to be popular, (like a lot of people I could mention!)

The reason I hate the MCPX so much is not because the two I had were crap, not because the 5 or 6 others I've flown were utter garbage, not because there are dozens of people on this forum who agree with me but are scared of the backlash they might get if they speak out, but because of the constant over kill claims, exaggerations, and outright lies told by those that own them!

When the lies stop I won't need to keep putting the record straight will I?

Btw im not in the 'RobGT fan club' i just think that the venom you post just because you personally don't like something is out of order.

Edit: I don't own one yet but I will probably get one cos you know what, they are a laugh and I certainly don't expect it to turn me into a 3D God!

I've never lied about my mCPX - in fact if anyone wants to see my claims in front of them then see me at the next funfly or p.m me :).

It's a great heli (imo) but as always each to there own - facts should be shared and a bit of banter is always fun ;).

Ok!

Fact 1, I brought one after I'd read the completely over the top dishonest twaddle written on here about them.
Fact 2, I took it back to the shop and demonstrated how bad it was, the owner agreed that is wasnt fit for purpose and replaced it.
Fact 3, The replacement was even worse so prompted by more lies on here I chopped up the canopy grommets, replaced the stock boom, and trimmed the blades meaning I had invalidated any warranty and it still flew like a cheap plastic toy brought from a stall in a shopping centre.
Fact 4, I sold it here losing a grand total of £50 within a week.
Fact 5, Every person at my club that brought one (except for one) sold them withing 2 weeks because they flew so badly.
Fact 6, Loads of people on here agree with me but dont want to say anything because they know they will be attacked just like I am everytime I say anything honest about it.

Mines safely back in the hanger now with five batteries on charge after try a 'night flying' session in the garden after work with only the eerie blue light in the canopy for guidance. No way I would attempt that with any of the other heli's in my fleet, so I feel the £119.00 I spent in April was money well spent

I've met Rachel a couple of times and she mentioned me in the OP so I've joined in for a bit of fun. For me these threads start off as a laugh, I only get serious once you start dragging out the big boys and start ganging up in an attempt to intimidate me.
